We are a small business run in the heart of Onslow county in NC. What started as a source of income and expression has turned into a creative outlet with endless opportunity. We have created a business where we get to do what we love while sharing it with others and encountering new goals and challenges to grow our array of skills. We offer a variety of popular, organic and customized decorations that are all developed in house leaving no details untouched. Our dream is to spread the Joy of the Lord through our extravagant decor providing excellent service with the genuine desire to meet your needs. We hold strong to our values as a Christ centered establishment; In all we do we give it our best foot forward and we look forward to sharing this with you soon!

Victoria Johnson
Hello,
My name is Victoria Johnson and I am the owner and sole-proprietor here at J’s Joyful Balloon’s. A little about me; I am a mother to two beautiful little girls Leilani (2) and Arabella (1) Johnson. They are my pride and joy! My husband is a United States Marine and is currently active duty and he is my #1 employee here; I thank God daily for the wonderful leader he has blessed me with in my sweet man. But, to refocus, I have always loved decor, interior design and all the details to any events! Never giving it the time of day I didn’t consider turning what I loved into my profession. Well after a LONG nine month deployment that left me thinking “what do I enjoy?” and “ how can I share it on my own schedule?” I took a leap of faith and started J’ Joyful Balloons and here it stands today. My business is founded on the Johnson’s and the Joy that only Jesus provides and as it grows I give all the glory to God and I thank my Lord and savior for the opportunity and the gift that it is to share my skill and expertise with each and every one of my clients!
