Do we offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes; we are happy to provide delivery services across eastern North Carolina. Including but not limited to Jacksonville, Hubert, Sneads Ferry, North Topsail, Holly ridge, Surf city, Hampstead, Maysville, Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, Goldsboro, Kinston, Havelock, New Bern, Greenville and surrounding Areas. Delivery services are $1.75 per mile. (Size of installation may affect delivery fees.)
What can I keep?
You can ALWAYS keep your balloons. Outside of the balloons depending on what is discussed during our consultation will affect this answer as we design custom to our clients needs and preference.
Can I provide my own balloons for a discount on your services?
I am so glad you asked. The simple answer is no,but here is why; We do not outsource to client balloons simply because they are of lower quality thus resulting in many more malfunctions as well as harsher chemicals to deal with. Also in order to ensure consistent and luxurious results we only use our preferred vendors for professional balloons that we are confident to stand behind the quality of.
What is the Cancellation policy and is the retainer fee refundable?
We allow Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event. There is NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancelling after this period of time has begun leaves you eligible for a partial refund at a MAXIMUM of 50%. Depending on the needs of the event and the cost of wasted material and labor will be how we determine the applicable return possible. Retainer fee is ALWAYS non-refundable. This payment secures the day and time for your event which we prioritize by informing our other clients of our updated availability always!
Do you offer corporate decor and W-9 forms?
Yes; to both! We are happy not only to provide our luxury services but we are happy to provide our own w-9 form upon request to make the legal side of celebrating a breeze.
